We engage with off-screen talent who deliver on-screen success

Our Culture

We pride ourselves on being a creative and inclusive work environment. Our teams are centred on diversity of thought, and our off-screen talent shapes our programming.

Being active members of the TV Access Project (TAP), we work with the 5 As (Anticipate, Ask, Assess, Adjust and Advocate) to ensure inclusion and equality for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent talent within our workplace.

Our Talent department loves to hear from forward-thinking, innovative freelancers who are interested in the work we produce. We collaborate with some of the best freelancers in the industry - both established and emerging - to create inspirational programming.
